If you haven’t raised private money before its great, if you have raised private money before it’s still great. It goes step by step and explains how to get private money for you deals. He starts at the beginning and goes all the way to the heart of the matter.
ReplyDeleteWhether you need $5000 or $50000, Alan can show you how to do it. His methods worked for me. I was able to get 3 different investors to commit to lending me their money within the first 2 months or so. I raised $42000 between these 3 investors and got off to the races. I will never go to the bank for a loan again if I can avoid it.
ReplyDeleteAlan has clearly been successful doing this over the years and his course proves why. When I first learned about private money being used to buy real estate it seemed mysterious and unbelievable. I thought why would anyone want to give me money for my deals. But believe me, its true that you get people to give you money for the deals you line up. I started with family and friends who already supported me and wanted me to succeed. After this, and gathering up the confidence a put the course to use with people I didn’t know. To my surprise it worked and I’m not saying that I didn’t get any NO’s before I got my first YES but I did get a money nonetheless. Altogether, I have raised about $90K in last 2 years. Since I mostly wholesale and only rehab one property at a time this plenty for me. I am happy someone is out there showing guys like me how to do this otherwise I would ran out of money and failed a long time ago.
ReplyDeleteI think the real issue with private investors or lenders is how do I avoid getting in trouble. I mean who wants the government breathing down your neck for a few thousand dollars. However, if you follow what Alan says and do some research in your state as well then you will be OK. You have to be careful how you market to and approach potential private money lenders but other than that the techniques will work. Don’t be afraid to start something just because other can’t do it. I see successful real estate investors all the time at local investor club meetings. I feel like if they can do it then so can I.
