Simply one of the best real estate investing books I have ever read on the subject of finding motivated sellers. If you need more motivated sellers to find deals, and who doesn’t, then “Motivated Seller Magnet” is for you.
ReplyDeleteBen Innes-Ker is responsive to your questions if you need help as you go through the course. His step by step methods work and for those of us who don’t have marketing savvy it breaks it down very nicely. I give it two thumbs up!! Thanks Ben!
ReplyDeleteThis is by far the most in depth real investing course on finding motivated sellers. It’s a numbers game in this business. The more motivated sellers you have, the more deals you have a chance to close, the more money you can make. It was very helpful and increased my leads by 3 times. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to crank up the amount of motivated sellers they get.
