With all the different names rent to own real estate investing has it gets a bit confusing. This eBook was not confusing and opened my eyes to using rent to own strategies in my business of wholesaling properties. Now when I get that call that I know is not a fix & flip I can offer rent to own to the seller. Yes, other investors pay me to assign these to them because many times you can put little to nothing down, take over the property, and the rent it out or whatever you do.
ReplyDeleteI was personally hoping for a little more substance but I think if you are a newbie to real estate investing it starts you off in the right direction. This is more about getting the fundamentals and is by no means for advanced real estate investors. But if you are new to rent to own it makes sense and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
ReplyDeleteI agree that rent to own is a confusing topic. The material provided by Charles Moore is up to date and still a great value for less than $40 for those of us just trying to get our feet wet in this type of real estate investing. As a realtor, I’ve seen much more of these lately than in previous years and I’m sure rent to own will continue to grow since most people can’t qualify for financing these days.
