I always felt like other real estate investors were getting better deals than I was purchasing foreclosures but I didn’t how easy it was to join them until I got Jarad’s course on pre-foreclosures and short sales. If you are tired of haggling with banks, realtors, and investor leftovers then this is a must read.

You need to know how to do a short sale if you want grab these properties and believe me banks are more willing now than ever to do a short sale versus ending up with yet another foreclosure.
