The genuine article is what Joe Crump is. Super nice guy like the best neighbor you ever had leaving next door to you. You know the kinda of guy that’s never seems to be in a bad mood and always goes out of his way to say hello. He cares about his students and tries to help them succeed. How many gurus can you say do that after they get your money?
ReplyDeleteHis material is definitely not the same old, same old. Many will agree that you can’t find his methods in in other real estate course. Joe’s approach is as unique and it works if you follow the program.
ReplyDeleteI couldn’t get it. I just didn’t undrstand where he was coming from with all this stuff. Yes, his techniques are different than anything I have ever seen but I do’t think that makes the course any better than others out there. His course left we with more questions and doing more reasearch on stuff which is not what I wanted to do. I have spent countless hours trying to make his system work and it just seems to be taking me nowhere. If I close a deal I will let everyone know it worked but until then.
ReplyDeleteI found the calls with Joe and his students very helpful. For me its good to hear how it goes because I have never done this before. I know to be a successful real estate investor you have to be able to get on the phone and sound knowledgable.
