Not the best source of information when it comes to a real estate investing course on probate. Ron’s course is more a way to establish a foundation. In the probate deals that I have completed there were much more moving parts than it appeared to be in his course. The information is lacking many of the details of a probate deal. You may consider additional real estate courses before diving in.
