A++ is what I give Mr. Tingles’s course and his Sub2 manual. When navigating the creative side of real estate called “subject to” you are going to need what he teaches.
ReplyDeleteTalk about a must read the fills in the details that realtors, friends, even other investors don’t know hwo to answer who have been in the business for years. He is thorough and his knowledge in this subject mmust be recognized as the top of the top.
ReplyDeleteWhen I took William’s course a few years back it was eye opening. Why let banks, hard money lenders, or even lack of ability to find private money stop you. All the money you ever need is already out there because someone has already been approved for the mortgage they no longer want or can’t afford. Sub2 has pretty much become the only way I buy houses and again why not – there are millions of dollars in mortgages just calling my name.
ReplyDeleteAlthough he may be an authority on this subject I wouldn’t say he is the ultimate RE guru when it comes to this area of real estate investing. I will say the price he charges for what he puts out is less than those other guys. I will also say only John “CASH” Locke’s subject-to course is as good or better. I own both so its only fair for me to compare them when I write a review.
ReplyDeleteSo very few real estate courses really go into detail about “Subject To” deals like Will Tingle’s course does. A real estate investor who wants to do this type of real estate investing would be a fool not to take the best guide with them on the journey. That guide is clearly, without a doubt, Mr. Tingle.
ReplyDeleteYes, yes, yes, I finally understand Subto deals. I have had so many chances to do them and shyed away because I wasn’t sure how to go about it. The man is honest, down to the earth, and most of all – he knows what he is talking about. Don’t miss out on what he has to offer.
ReplyDeleteI did the seminar and wasn’t let down at all. It lives up to the hype and maybe in some ways he isn’t getting true credit for all he is giving a new real estate investor who is learning Sub2 for the first time. The material was concrete and wourth every dime. The marketing package was also great. He skips the fluff and goes right into the meat of the matter. For those who where there’s a will there’s a way. I figure those people are talking about Will tingle and his Sub2 handbook on real estate investing.
