Short Sale Wealth Academy is a no fluff, straight to the point real estate course just like he says. With foreclosures increasing since the late 90s you need to have short sales in your arsenal if you are a real estate investor or realtor in my case.
ReplyDeleteI felt like this was the best thing to happen to my real estate investing. I was meeting with more and more sellers who were upside down and had 2, 3 or even 4 liens on their homes. In past years, I just walked away but I didn’t know what I was missing out on. Sure, I have been hearing for years that I should learn how to do short sales but never gave it a second thought until recently. Banks are willing to discount their loans now more than ever because foreclosures are at an all time high. Shaun lays out how to work a short sale to squeeze out maximum profit. I can’t believe there are not more people doing this. You have virtually no competition because no one really knows how to do a short sale correctly. Thanks Shaun.
