Very readable, well written presentation kit. I’ve taken it to a few investor meetings already and they were impressed that I brought something to show them . This is because apparently many real estate investors walk in with nothing or maybe a few HUDs from deals they have done in the past. I have raised $18,000 so far and plan to keep on going. My goal is $100,000 before I make my first offer. Thank you Mr. Lautensack.
ReplyDeleteI think what Mike does for the real estate investor who needs private lending is make it easy to explain to potential private investors. His prsentation kit gives you a guideline so you can talk about things with the investor as you go present it. It makes you look well prepared instead and gives the meeting a focal point instead of you just talking the investors’ ear off to ‘give you the money’.
