Peter and David are right on the money. They offer you whatever you may need to succeed from home study programs to boot camps to mentoring programs. I firmly believe in their systems and what they teach. The don’t just talk the talk they walk the walk.
ReplyDeleteA few years back Texas changed their laws on lease options and when I asked a question about how to handle this I was given a polite brushoff to ask an attorney. They must be teaching theory and not reality but I don’t feel I learned anything I didn’t already know.
ReplyDeleteIf you are in the know already then you don’t need them. You can’t use their techniques in a hot market PERIOD. They work in a buyer’s market but then again what seller isn’t desperate in a market where their house is just sitting there and they are making payments they can’t afford. I would take the debt relief of a lease option too. You are better off reading their books and others because the bootcamp is too price for what you never get.
